Dr.-Ing. Dr.med.univ Johannes Starlinger is a digital health consultant and software developer with a strong focus on data and information systems. After studying medicine and computer science, Johannes worked on large scale data processing workflows and data analytics in biomedicine and the life sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, and freelanced as a software developer and IT consultant next to his research work. With a passion for creating data-centered software solutions, Johannes founded 37binary, delivering custom software to selected clients, and provides cross-disciplinary consulting on digital health data, systems, regulatory and innovation at starlinger⁺.
