Starting with his start as a software developer to my 8+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Marketing, one theme he has experienced throughout is how data-driven decisions, high performing teams and the ability to continually learn and iterate can make the difference between a good product and great product. He has played key roles in turning around underperforming business units (by growing revenue 20% YoY by defining the go-to market strategy, product features/roadmaps and use-case prioritization, based on an outside-in approach) and a recipient of the 2019 IBM Lab Spotlight Excellence Award by championing a culture shift across the segment, improving collaboration with services team, sales, business partners and industry analysts.
