Jo Kroese has worked as a statistical consultant for clients including the UK government, various startups and international NGOs such as FSC. They are the co-founder of Dataknit (https://dataknit.io), an AI and surveying startup, and run Radical Data, a research+do studio exploring uses of data science in art and activism. They are currently writing the book ‘Surveys in R’, due to be published at the end of 2022.
