Marco Rodriguez is a Technical Computer Engineer, certified in Lean, currently studying a Master of Data Scientist and with 20 years of experience in the technological field.
He began his career at Soluziona as a program analyst at a software factory. Later he directed his career to the field of consulting where he carried out many projects and varied in the banking sector in CaixaBank, CAM, Banco Pastor and Banco Popular among others. He joined ITnow in 2015 as Manager of different teams in Platforms and Mobility, always focused on the service and with direct interlocution with customers. For two years his career has evolved into the area of Data Science, accompanying the Caixabank client in the implementation and support of cognitive assistants as well as the transformation in the Call Center area in his migration to the cloud with Salesforce.
