Ame Elliott has a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of California, Berkeley. She has worked as a research scientist at Xerox PARC and the Ricoh Silicon Valley Research Center where she pioneered connected home and workplace collaboration systems. Dr. Elliott is an inventor with eight U.S. patents, and her design work from her time at IDEO San Francisco has been included in the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum and received awards from the AIGA, IDSA/IDEA, the Edison Awards, and the Webby Awards. Fast Company recognized her as a Most Creative Person in Business.
