Andrea is the leader for the IBM Watson Center Munich, responsible for its scope and market impact. She was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for IBM in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Her focus areas are technical strategy, strategic client engagements, external representation of IBM’s business & technology strategy. She was also the President at IBM Academy of Technology (AoT), a community of about 900 of the most prestigious technical leaders in IBM.
Andrea’s main skill areas: Innovation, AI, C-level coaching, IT implications of new trends, digital transformation, IT strategy, governance, enterprise architecture, technical leadership, service management.
She is an expert member of the Commission for AI of the German Parliament, SWE member (Society of Women Engineers)
