Carlos has a B.A. in International Relations with a focus on Economics from ITAM in Mexico City, Mexico, and a Masters in Public Policy with a focus on quantitative methods and data science from the Hertie School in Berlin, Germany. Has has worked as public affairs consultant and as an advisor in the legislative branch in Mexico, and as a data strategist for government agencies, private companies and NGOs in Germany and Europe in a digital political communications agency. He is now Pubic Policy Manager for EMEA and LATAM in Data for Good at Meta, building partnerships between governments, civil society, academia and Meta to create positive social impact leveraging the advantages of data and technology.
