Charlie Ballard is the Co-Founder and CEO of Relevancy Analytics, a global market research & analytics firm specializing in advancing the rapidly changing needs of travel and tourism.

Prior to creating Relevancy, Charlie worked for a decade running client measurement and analytics for a number of high-growth digital advertising agencies, then spent the last seven years running TripAdvisor’s Strategic Insights functional, using both TripAdvisor’s billions of monthly traveler research data points to help TripAdvisor’s biggest clients better understand the changing world of travel.

Charlie holds undergraduate degrees from Georgetown University and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
