After finishing studies in physics with PhD from University of Duisburg-Essen, joined the energy sector in 2007. At Siemens, drove the development and implementation of probabilistic methodologies for reliability-based decision-making in design and service of power plants and rolled out the new approaches for application along the value chain. Today responsible for Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at Siemens Energy, heading a global team of experts to enable the transformation towards sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy.
