Hari is the head of AI content strategy for Venturebeat, a leader in AI focused news and events. He is also the founder & CEO of 100Digital.ai (MHAYA), an early stage, D&I focused startup that leverages latest AI thinking and techniques to solve some of the biggest ‘holy grail’ problems in recruiting & HR, such as redressing the diversity imbalance in the workforce and identifying high quality talent in minutes, not months.
Before MHAYA, he spent 21 years in various leadership roles in technology companies in silicon valley and around the world, having lived and worked in 7 different countries over this period. Hari is an alumni of the Stanford Global School of Business, an MBA in marketing with a bachelor’s degree in statistics & data science. He is passionate about building human-centric AI technology that can help solve some of the biggest challenges facing humanity. He strongly believes AI should be used to empower humans and not to replace them.
