As an IBM Distinguished Designer and a Director of Design for AI Transformation at IBM, Jennifer leads teams across the Cloud and Data Platform in identifying new opportunities for AI and machine learning to add value to user experiences. Her ongoing efforts in demystifying the technology and design of AI for her teams and students has led to new patents, curriculum, and design practices that are helping to define and expand IBM’s AI perspectives and offerings. Prior to joining IBM, Jennifer led the strategy and design of future-facing digital platforms at Frog Design. She is a frequent speaker on humanity’s evolution with technology and teaches Advanced Design for Artificial Intelligence at the University of Texas in Austin.
