Lea is the Co-Founder of Quaefacta and has previously worked as a Strategy Consultant and Project Manager for tertiary healthcare facilities, achieving a proven track record in the areas of healthcare robotics, electronic medical systems and Internet of Things (IoT). She has extensive clinical experience and skills in paediatric, adult clinical pharmacy and medication safety initiatives. She is skilled in procurement and implementation of digital healthcare technologies including: electronic prescribing and medication management systems, pharmacy robotics and stock management systems with barcode scanning technologies. She has been involved in different international digital healthcare organisations including FTR4H, Startupbootcamp Berlin, Data Natives and Global Clinical & Care Co-ordination Forum (GCCCF). She assists in organising small events and is invited as a speaker, moderator and panelist at various international digital health and blockchain related events worldwide.
