Mariana is an economist and political scientist from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá Colombia. Currently, she works for Linterna Verde a Colombian organization that focuses on digital research and how public opinion is built in public digital social platforms. She was a speaker at Rights Con in 2019, where she presented the results of the incidence of the digital conversation in the referendum for the peace process in Colombia. She has a Masters in Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin and she is exploring the potential of causal Machine Learning to inform policy making based on Monitoring and Evaluation data. |
