Sundar is an Ethics & Compliance professional with over 15 years of experience in advising Corporations. Sundar’s area of focus is to minimize the downside impacts of risk contributed by AI or autonomous system on humans. Minimizing downside impacts of risk from AI requires building strong Risk Management and Ethical foundations for the organization through Compliance, Controls, and Culture. Sundar has examined these through research, artwork expressions, using games and memes to communicate ethics, literary works to provide guidelines and developing audit criteria for building accountability. Sundar’s focus and contributions led him to become a fellow of ForHumanity, a non-profit working towards building criteria for audit of AI systems. Further over the past few months, 5 of his papers/ abstracts have been selected as part of conference proceedings
