A former journalist, still the author and host of the Faces of digital health podcast, she worked as a business developer for the healthcare blockchain startup Iryo, prior to joining the healthcare IT department at Marand as a part of the electronic prescribing and medication management system.
Her background is in healthcare management and economics, and journalism. Her focus of the last few years is exploring healthcare systems, the digital health market and how stakeholders in these fields could be better connected to increase the speed of healthcare improvement.
She is involved in different international digital health organizations (Startupbootcamp Digital Health Berlin, FTR4H), has organized three international conferences on digital health, regularly organizes smaller events worldwide and talk as a speaker, moderator or panelist at various international digital health and blockchain related events worldwide.
